A Las Vegas woman is facing a murder charge after allegedly pushing a senior citizen off a bus.

Police say 25-year-old Cadesha Bishop, pushed Serge Fournier, 74, off of the bus following an argument on March 21.

Witnesses told authorities Cadesha Bishop was being "argumentative" during the ride, and a 74-year-old man, on his way off the bus, told her to be nice. He died from his injuries on April 23 and his family notified police on May 3.

The elderly man picks up his walker as he tries to step off a bus in Las Vegas. Although he refused medical attention at the scene, Fournier arrived at the University Medical Center later that evening, police said.

Seconds later, Bishop can be seen vigorously pushing Fournier with both hands off the stopped bus as he exits with what appears to be a foldable cart or a walker.

Court records show that Bishop was convicted twice, in 2014 and 2015, of misdemeanor domestic battery charges.

A number of high-profile musicians have made cameos as well, including Ed Sheeran and Chris Stapleton. In 2017, Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard appeared as a spear-throwing soldier.

Fournier spent a month in the hospital before he succumbed to his injuries, KSNV reports.

Of Fournier, Taylor told the station he'll "always remember him being a wonderful person".

Taylor said of Bishop, "No matter what his age, she should not have done that".

Police say after the push, Bishop did not offer any help as she walked away with her son.

Bishop is now being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $100,000 bail. "People need a little more patience than what they have these days".
