Jenner is worth $1 billion, according to Forbes, thanks in part to her company Kylie Cosmetics signing an exclusive deal with Ulta Beauty past year.

Her self-made title is a point of contention for some, as they noted her success was supported by her millionaire parents with connections, as well as her and her family's fame.

Dictionary.com tweeted its definition of "self-made" at the time and included a seemingly tongue-in-cheek example of how to use the term in a sentence: "Used in a sentence: Forbes says that Kylie Jenner is a self-made woman". "In our world she's self-made".

Oprah for example, is given a rating of 10. Based on that scale, someone who inherited everything scores a 1, while someone who not only grew up poor but also experienced substantial hardships - like Oprah Winfrey - scores a 10. "When you say self-made billionaire, I just thought she'd got it because her sister made a sex tape and that is why they all became hugely rich", Morgan said to his co-host Susanna Reid on Wednesday morning.

Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan insisted that Jenner is only successful because of her older sister Kim Kardashian's sex tape, which landed their family a reality show and very successful careers.

Continuing to try and prove his commitment to Kylie, Travis gave her a shout out during his concert in NY days after the cheating allegations, screaming: "Love you, wifey!" at the end of the show. Her company is now estimated to be worth $900 million, and she owns all of it. Forbes credits the company's success with its minuscule overhead and marketing costs which allow most of the profits to go right into Jenner's pocket. Her $29 lip kits sold out in Ulta stores across the nation and earned plenty for the Ulta organization. That amount, along with her salary from Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and her media engagements, bring her holdings up to the billion dollars levels. Customers could only purchase her products online until that point.
