Although Kate appeared amiable toward her new sister-in-law during a recent outing-at which she gushed about Meghan's pregnancy-rumours have nevertheless persisted that the pair are at odds.

Royal family observers said this denial was a rare intervention from the palace which does not usually respond to rumours about the personal lives of royalty.

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton have been at loggerheads from long before the Royal wedding in May, according to reports.

It has now been reported that courtiers at Kensington Palace have started a search to find out exactly who has been leaking information regarding the Duchesses' relationship.

Although brief, this unusual statement to the press suggests the royals are growing exhausted of the negative press.

Kate and Meghan have rarely been seen together in public since the May wedding.

It would come as no surprise if Meghan's mom was spotted with the rest of the royals on Christmas day, as the duchess is Doria's only child and the two are extremely close.

The technology used to land InSight is based on the Phoenix spacecraft, which touched down on the Red Planet in 2008. Unlike the space agency's rovers, InSight is a lander created to study an entire planet from just one spot.

This comes after other publications suggested Kate had been reduced to tears over Princess Charlotte's "stressful" dress fitting ahead of Meghan and Prince Harry's nuptials earlier this year.

Kensington Palace declined to comment on the claims.

The recently married Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be leaving Kensington Palace where they used to reside with Prince William and Kate Middleton.

"He took her side, while William defended Kate, who was five months pregnant with Louis and certainly didn't want this sort of confrontation", a source said at the time.

The Duchess of Sussex reportedly feels like members of the British press are targeting her unfairly, according to Vanity Fair.

"Kate and Meghan are very different people, and they don't have a lot in common, but they have made an effort to get along", said the source.

According to a book by reporter Richard Jobson, a royal source revealed 37-year-old Meghan wanted to wear a tiara which featured emeralds, but there were concerns it might have come from Russian Federation. "So my biggest piece of advice would be to take some time and don't be in a hurry to do anything".
