Tom Arnold is claiming that Mark Burnett "went apes-t and choked" him Sunday night at the Evening Before Emmy fundraising party. Arnold's attorney Marty Singer confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that Arnold was "attacked" by Burnett, but didn't say what their next steps will be.

Mr. Arnold has insisted since 2016 that Mr. Burnett has access to racist outtakes from NBC's "The Apprentice" but refuses to make them public. Both Burnett and Arnold were allowed into the party after the situation calmed down.

Arnold tweeted that Downey knocked Fogel's cellphone out of his hand.

On Twitter, Arnold said Burnett choked him, while Burnett's wife Roma Downey tweeted that Arnold "tried to ambush" the couple. Arnold posted on Twitter Monday, September 17, that he was pressing charges against Burnett.

According to Business Insider , shares of Aurora jumped 15 percent during early Monday trading after the Coca-Cola report broke. The company went on to say that their objective is "health-focused beverages that will ease inflammation, pain and cramping".

Arnold is launching a #Resistance-type show on Tuesday for Viceland called "The Hunt for the Trump Tapes with Tom Arnold", apparently searching for alleged tapes of President Donald Trump using the N-word and making inappropriate comments from his time on "The Apprentice". Both Burnett and Trump have denied the existence of any such tapes. "That bruise is from her last tv show", Mr. Arnold told us.

Arnold wasn't tagged in the tweet, but he fired back nearly immediately. He's been on a quest to convince Burnett to release supposedly incriminating backstage footage of Donald Trump from his years hosting Burnett's The Apprentice and railing against the producer in the press. Arnold alleges that their verbal altercation turned physical at around around 9 p.m. PT, and that other stars in attendance had to break up the fight. "I'm filing a police report & suing you for defamation". Arnold was a contestant on the show.

The actor said the TV producer attacked him and ran away and that he has called police to file a report. Bryan came with me. He wrote, "I'm with @TomArnold, everyone. He's okay. We gotta protect this brutal angel", he wrote.
