The girl then told police that Theissen began beating her mother with a TV remote until her grandmother intervened, the report said.

Authorities said the incident is still under investigation and more charges may be pending.

Calvin Sutton, 51, who also lives nearby, said he was an acquaintance of the woman who was shot and her boyfriend. Deputies from the Dodge County Sheriff's Office in Minnesota found David Riess' body at the family's home.

The journey made by murder suspect Lois Riess.

The two met in Fort Myers where security footage shows them becoming fast friends, but instead of drinking Mai Tais on the beach, detectives say Riess eventually killed Pamela and stole her identity.

Hutchinson's cash, credit cards, and identification were found missing as were her auto keys and vehicle.

In her letter to the court she said she wanted to express her remorse to the Quinn family, her own family and to the gardaí.

Reiss is considered armed and unsafe and authorities warned people to not approach her.

But that model isn't supposed to work for USA children , who are protected by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act . The allegations suggest that the video hosting site is data collecting on children under 13 which is against U.S. law.

Investigators believe Riess targeted Hutchinson in order to steal her identity because they look similar.

Police said Riess allegedly drove Hutchinson's vehicle to Corpus Christi, Texas, where it was last spotted.

The US Marshall's Office is now involved in the nationwide search "for this unsafe fugitive" who should be considered "armed and risky", Undersheriff Carmine Marceno of the Lee County Sheriff's Office said at a press conference. He said that Reiss has a "gambling problem" and "financial problems". Hutchinson's uncle told WTVR she'd been shot through the heart.

She said: "Yes - he may use strong language and strong words such as "spoiled" "played on" and "in a bind" - none of those words could ever come close to amounting to domestic violence as provided under the Domestic Violence Act". Now, with medication, she can walk around the park without stopping or gasping for air, she said.

"Ms. Hutchinson's purse was found to be in disarray and all cash, credit cards and identification appeared to be removed", Lee County Undersheriff Carmine Marceno said.

Marceno also warned that Riess would, at some point, run out of resources.
