James Cameron's Titanic held the top spot on the list for decades since its release in 1997, and was only replaced in recent years, first by Cameron's other movie Avatar, which was then bumped to second place by Star Wars: The Force Awakens. And the Internet seems to agree.

Just two months after "Black Panther" release in theaters and the Marvel film continues to dominate the box office.

The service has sold over 1 million tickets for the movie.

"Black Panther", which stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o is the 18th film in the superhero movie franchise dubbed the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Ryan Coogler-directed film earned $8.4 million at the box office over the three-day weekend. It has also made more money than The Last Jedi in the US. The latest broken record: Black Panther has passed the once-unsinkable Titanic.

All I can say is Max is a gangster. "It's gonna be a great night", Max told KHON's Rob DeMello . Do you think the fight will happen in future or is the bout cursed?

If any film has the chance to surpass "Black Panther", it would be "Avengers: Infinity War", due out April 27.

"Black Panther" will be exhibited in a theater that can accommodate 620 people at the King Abdullah Financial Center in Riyadh, and the American operator AMC has also scheduled a special event for the historic opening.

Overall, Black Panther has so far grossed over $1.3 billion at the worldwide box and remains Marvel's highest domestic-grossing film ever. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, the top 10 movies raked in between 32% and 35% of total box office, comScore said.
