In the case of Hyrule Warriors, we'll get all the content from both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game.

Nintendo has confirmed today that Wii U titles Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Hyrule Warriors are getting revived on Switch.

The new addition for the Switch release comes in the way of the super cool, surfing Funky Kong and a new "chill" mode of play.

Small Fire Doused on Roof of Trump Tower in NYC
NBC has posted footage of firefighters responding to a blaze at Trump Tower that was sparked on Monday morning. As firefighters battled the blaze, a plume of smoke spewed from the roof of the 68-story structure.

Ubisoft has announced that Donkey Kong will smash his way into Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle as a new playable hero.

According to that broadcast, Nintendo will be porting Hyrule Warriors and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze over to the Switch this year. In it, you will take control of Funky Kong, a character that has unique abilities like double jump, spin infinitely, float and swim better than anybody else. This makes the Switch port all the more important, as it means that a much bigger audience has a chance to give it a shot.

Are you excited about playing Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze on the Switch? Much of that level design goes into making you meet an unfortunate and untimely end - but it's slightly uneven.
