Officials recovered what they believe to be the remains of missing toddler Mariah Woods.

Grace's expert panel includes forensic psychiatrist Dr. Daniel Bober, investigator Vincent Hill, syndicated radio talk host Dave Mack, and child advocate lawyer Ashley Willcott.

Kimery has also been charged with obstruction of justice, second-degree burglary, larceny and possession of stolen property.

Woods said she put her daughter to bed at around 11 p.m. on Sunday, and said her boyfriend saw the girl about an hour later when the child got up and he had told her to go back to bed, WRAL, an NBC affiliate in Raleigh, North Carolina, reported. Prosecutors say more charges are possible.

Earlier Saturday, authorities announced an arrest in the case and said that the 3-year-old girl who had been missing since Monday was presumed dead.

Federal Bureau of Investigation agent Stanley Meador on Saturday appealed to people with surveillance cameras near the home where Mariah disappeared to share their video with authorities.

Investigators haven't revealed exactly what they believe happened to Mariah or what evidence led to Kimrey's arrest, but some have been suspicious of Mariah's mother and her boyfriend since the very beginning.

Police and volunteer groups had been searching the areas surrounding the family's home for Woods since she was reported missing last weekend.

Kimrey is being charged with concealing her death but more charges could be coming.

Kimrey's mother and stepfather live in Mebane.

Mariah's father, who has been involved in a custody dispute with her mother, has criticized her version of events.

"Somebody just walks right in there, grabs a 3-year-old out of bed, she didn't cry, she didn't scream?"

"This investigation continues", he said. Woods told WCTI-TV in New Bern last week. "Nobody heard anything? Four people in the house, two adults and two kids someone just comes up and snatches the baby and walks out?"
