Following Jose Mourinho's dismissal from the Chelsea helm in December 2015, not long after winning another Premier League title, there have been suggestions Conte needs to be wary as his team aim for the English crown. N'Golo Kante fouled Tom Carroll deep in midfield, and the Swansea key midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson stepped up to take the free-kick.

The south coast side go into the match on the back of a 4-0 win over Sunderland with new striker Manolo Gabbiadini on fire since his arrival during the recent transfer window.

Antonio Conte has lavished praise on Chelsea forward Pedro, insisting the Spain worldwide is as great as Eden Hazard and Diego Costa.

Pedro cut the ball back and Fabregas dug it out from his feet before poking in his 46th Premier League goal 19 minutes in. Swansea put together one of their best efforts of the season in beating Leicester City 2-0 on February 12, and another former Chelsea teammate to Makelele, William Gallas, thinks the Swans are on the right track. "Now the formation is exploiting his characteristics still better than before". "I think that it's not right that the players decide that the manager must be sacked or not".

The Swans face a Chelsea side that now sits eight points clear at the top of the Premier League table.

"To mark the fact Lampard will be a special guest at the game, Saturday's matchday programme will come with a special wrap-around cover paying tribute to our former midfielder, featuring images of some of his most memorable moments".

It's ultimately down to the form of Eden Hazard and Pedro, who have been mightily impressive throughout Chelsea's title bid.

Thirdly that we are not ready mentally for a big fight and think subconsciously that it doesn't matter", Wenger said. What is also a big concern for Wenger is the fact that this fifth round game will be played on an artificial pitch.

A penalty shout apiece within a minute of each other was denied by referee Neil Swarbrick - a ball to arm in Cesar Azpilicueta's case and a challenge on the ball rather than on Diego Costa for Alfie Masson.

Swansea manager Paul Clement said he is excited about returning to the club he used to coach at.

Chelsea didn't mind and got even more exhilarated from the call, and Pedro soon found the net for Chelsea's second goal of the game!

"He has got a lot to offer and I would like to say congratulations to him on such a wonderful career".

With 83 minutes on the clock, Conte made his last two substitutions right after the goal, giving away seven minutes of play for Willian and Kurt Zouma, who replaced Pedro and Victor Moses. The only time they have failed to win was against Liverpool was their 2-1 defeat earlier in the season, emphasising the task at hand for the Swans coming to Stamford Bridge.

Speaking on the matter, Conte said: "My reaction is very sad because this is our job and for sure I am disappointed for him".
